Big, spacious and clean apartment. Friendly staff.
It's distant from the center and the closest metro is within a 15 minute walk.
i enjoyed staying there, i had access to anywhere in milan city, TV cable was ammaizing.
tawels and other stuff are subject to change twice a week. which is in other hotels . in daily basis.
the self catering facilities made it easy to combine eating in and dining out. well appointed room, modern and functional.
we are good walkers so the location was fine. If people don't like to walk, this hotel is not in the tourist centre of Milan.
The hotel was situated in a very silence street of Milano, near to the underground station. Our family room was spacious and well equipped, the design was tastefull as well. Our children liked it,so we can it recommand to families.
We were plesantly surprised - the hotel is actually a small self serviced apartment about 4 stops from the Duomo by metro. The station is a quick 5 min walk down the street. The staff were extremeley helpful and polite and we had a very enjoyable stay in Milan.
Lisa at Reception is very professional, writing to us beforehand to confirm what our eta would be, and informing us of changes to reception hours in the "low season". There was a possibility of us arriving a little past closing time, but she was prepared to stay back and wait for us. The hotel is only a 10 min walk, if that, away from Stazione Centrale so is very conveniently located. Our little apartment was extremely comfortable with luxury linen, on the bed. The hand towels were so beautifully pressed that we didn't want to use them! The complimentary toiletries were of excellent quality. We were able to leave one suitcase behind when we travelled further south to explore the Cinque Terre for 5 days. Again, Lisa made sure she was in Reception around the time of our return to the hotel. We also appreciated the little bottles of olive oil and balsamic dressing in the little kitchenette, which we enjoyed with our salads at night.
The security was excellent along with the size of the apartment. Also close to supermarket ,metro and central railway station. Although the reception was not open on Sunday the manager gave us excellent information about the area when we arrived, many aprtments/hotels don't until you ask. I also found the service book in our room was the best I have ever seen anywhere, with lots of ideas on things to see and do along with transport information.
Comfortable, very stylish. Wonderful kitchen, sky tv system, comfortable bed. Classy design, lighting. Seemed to be very nice quality. Beautiful bathroom. EXceptional management, good location to train station, metro.
Not such a good location for restaurants.
The apartment was spacious and the mini-kitchen enabled us to prepare and enjoy hearty breakfasts in the morning before we went out and delicous dinners in the evening after a long day visit. As an enthusiastic football fan, I was delighted to be able to watch football matches in Europe through sky tv during the night.
Our apartment was next to the street so it was quite nosiy during the night especially when vehicles passed by at fast speed and rubbish was collected at dawn.
Residential area rather than tourist location. Close to several metro lines. Helpful staff. Laundry facilties, 2 widescreen tvs (& in several languages). Supermarket and shopping street nearby.
Smell of cigarette smoke in our room.
Large rooms, decent reception staff, exercise room.
Some Noise from street and other rooms. Instead of one big mattress, two pushed together. No reception staff on Sunday.
The location close to the train station was the most important. Also the size of the unit - it was a 1 bedroom with a sofabed for our daughter.
Clean, spacious room (seems I got an upgrade).
